Developing the Future of the Web with Google

Google is great. They develop tons of great products for consumers. Whats the secret that not lots of people know is that Google has a HUGE developer program. They open almost every service they make to developers, so we can make it even better. Of course Tommy Tech is gobbling these technologies up. A project Google has created is called the Chromium Projects. Recently at Google I/O there developer conference they showed off some cool new features to Chrome Apps. Some of these awesome features are that all web apps or websites that have been made through Google's Chrome Web App System, are offline by default. That means that even if your in the middle of an ocean without internet, you can still use some of your favorite websites and games. Also, they are bringing the web out of the browser. Web Apps you open in Chrome will open not in the browser like usual, but outside like a real application on your computer. This is linking the bridge between the computer and the browser. Now to what Tommy Tech is doing. We have been testing out Chrome OS which the Operating System that only runs the internet and we wanted a way to offline program on Chrome OS, so we scrapped the old ideas for our project CodeKnit and when the new Chrome apps come out of developer preview, we will be releasing CodeKnit for Chrome. Our slogan, "Coding the Chrome!" We hope you enjoy it when it is released.
